We are looking for an experienced Producer – Fit-Out & Installations to oversee the delivery of permanent installations, spatial builds and interior fit-out projects.

Working alongside the Lead Project Manager, the Producer will manage projects from concept through to final installation, coordinating design teams, fabricators, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. The role requires a strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes, combined with the ability to manage project planning, client relationships and on-site implementation.

The Producer will ensure all documentation, permits and site requirements are prepared in advance and will lead the delivery phase during installation.

The role

• Manage fit-out and installation projects from concept through to completion
• Translate design drawings and concepts into clear production and installation plans
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, fabricators and specialist suppliers
• Develop project schedules covering fabrication, logistics and installation phases
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide project updates throughout delivery
• Prepare required project documentation including schedules, budgets and compliance paperwork
• Ensure all site permits, approvals and documentation are secured prior to installation
• Oversee procurement of materials and services required for project delivery
• Manage installation planning including logistics, access and contractor coordination
• Monitor project budgets, timelines and resource allocation
• Lead on-site installation phases and ensure projects are delivered safely and professionally
• Ensure final installations meet design specifications and quality standards

Required skills and qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fit-out, exhibitions, spatial design delivery or construction-related project management
• Experience delivering permanent installations or interior fit-out projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, Fitout (MEP/Civil Works) and materials
• Experience coordinating contractors, fabricators and installation teams
• Familiarity with site permitting, risk assessments and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and budget management
• Comfortable managing on-site installation phases
