Job Description:

We're looking for a talented and organised Producer to help deliver high-quality projects that maintain and strengthen our reputation as a creative company known for exceptional execution.

Working closely with the Lead Project Manager, the Producer will take ownership of individual project deliveries, managing them from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong production experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate teams, resources and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment, ensuring every element of delivery runs smoothly while always looking for opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

The role

  • Manage assigned projects from concept stage through to completion
  • Develop project work plans, schedules and delivery strategies
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and external partners to ensure efficient execution
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout delivery
  • Prepare project documentation including schedules, budgets, risk assessments and method statements
  • Ensure all required permits, permissions and compliance documentation are secured prior to site delivery
  • Coordinate logistics, production and installation requirements
  • Track project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure efficient delivery
  • Provide regular updates to the Lead Project Manager and relevant stakeholders
  • Lead on-site implementation and oversee project delivery during build and event phases
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the company's standards for quality, creativity and safety

Required skills and qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in events, brand activations, exhibitions or experiential production
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Experience managing suppliers and production teams
  • Familiarity with event permitting, risk assessments and compliance documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Comfortable managing on-site installations and live event environments
