ATW Build is a specialist LEGO brick building company, run by a recognised LEGO Certified Professional. We are looking for an experienced Master LEGO Builder & Team Lead to join our Dubai team and create high-quality, large-scale and intricate LEGO builds for events, installations, models, and client projects.

The ideal candidate will combine creativity, technical expertise, precision, and leadership skills, working closely with the Creative Team and 3D Modellers to translate 3D designs and concepts into buildable LEGO models, while managing a team of brick builders to ensure quality and efficiency across all projects.

The role

• Translate 3D designs and concepts into practical, buildable LEGO models
• Build large-scale, complex structures as well as intricate, detailed models
• Lead and manage a team of LEGO builders, providing guidance, training, and task allocation
• Collaborate with the Creative Team and 3D Modellers to maintain design intent and build feasibility
• Ensure team adherence to build quality, accuracy, and safety standards
• Support on-site assembly and installation for client events and activations
• Stay up to date with advanced LEGO building techniques, tools, and new product releases

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a LEGO Master Builder, with expertise in large-scale and intricate builds
• Experience managing or leading a team in a creative, hands-on production environment
• Ability to read and interpret 3D designs and concept files, translating them into practical LEGO structures
• Proficiency in Brick Builder software and Bricklink Studio
• Deep knowledge of LEGO building techniques, construction methods, and best practices
• Strong spatial awareness, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
• Comfortable working on-site for installations and events
